CHOOSING YOUR VENUE AND VISUALISING YOUR WEDDING DESIGN



Planning a long distance destination wedding can be hard enough.  As many as 90% of my clients do not see their venue or meet me until they land in Samui a few days before their special day.



My relationship with my clients is heavily built on trust and the fact I have in depth knowledge of all my venues so i can guide you and recommend ideas and to ensure you do not spend money on items that are not a necessity.  Even if it’s a venue I am not completely familiar with, I will take the time to go and see the venue and provide my feedback whilst answering all your questions before you make your decision.





There is absolutely no hidden agenda and I pride myself on giving honest answers for each venue so you have all the facts and there is absolutely no rush to make your decision. I will carry out site inspections as many times as you or I need to get those questions answered to ensure you are completely comfortable with your final decision.



So what happens when you have made your decision and booking.  It’s rare a client will want the exact same wedding design in the same venue as another wedding.  It may be close in design and style but perhaps a different colour.  It may be the same design but a different venue.  More often than not, it will be completely tailor made to your individual taste and style.  What I find is one of the hardest things is for you to visualize how your day and set up is going to look, will it work together in terms of style, colour and design for the particular venue.  So often clients take images off the internet and fall in love with the design but will it work?




We now offer all Unique’s clients the opportunity to bring your ideas to life with a render design service.  All designs are fully scaled down to the style and size of chairs, flowers, lighting.  For our clients we offer four render designs completely free of charge. For an extra fee we can also offer a video walkthrough for you as well so you can see the design in motion coming to life.  

We have recently provided this to a number of clients who were unsure how the colours they chose would work together with the styles of furniture and design. Would the white tiffany chairs or gold tiffany chairs look better?  We mocked both styles so they could see the finished design below and make their choice. We then mocked up different lighting and overhead styles for the clients to choose.


 




  

What does this mean for you?  You get to see the mock up before the day at no cost to you.  You can tweak your styling, your colours, your design at no cost to you and you can relax knowing that the designs agreed will work for your chosen venue and look stunning. 








We feel this is a service that takes a little pressure off one aspect of your special day.

Whether its full venue mock up, table designs, wedding ceremony designs or simply menu's, place names or signage, we can mock all this for you prior to the final decision. 

If you are not a client of Unique Wedding and Events or have a different planner booked, this is no problem.  We provide this as a service to non Unique clients as well, just let us know your venue and style ideas and we can quote and mock this for you to present to your planner.
